The Excellency of Kitchen Cutlery & Victorinox Knives

We have a special knife for every little task in our kitchen. We always warn people that you cannot be too careful when you first start using it, because you will cut yourself, it is so very, very sharp. The Victorinox knife holds its sharpness for an indefinite period of time. You never need to sharpen it. The knife usually breaks before it gets dull.
